Questions about pricing?
Are there any per-booking fees? +
No. Riddlio charges a flat monthly rate. We never take a cut of your bookings or charge per-transaction fees. The only additional cost is Stripe's standard payment processing fee (typically 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction).
Can I switch plans later? +
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately, and we prorate the difference on your next billing cycle.
What happens after my free trial? +
After 14 days, you'll choose a plan and enter payment details to continue. If you don't subscribe, your account is paused but your data is preserved for 30 days in case you change your mind.
Do you offer annual billing? +
Yes. Annual billing saves you 17% compared to monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.
Is there a setup fee? +
No. There are no setup fees, no hidden costs, and no contracts. You can cancel anytime without penalty.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. For in-person payments, we support Square POS, SumUp POS, and PayPal Zettle POS on iPad. For annual plans on Unlimited tier, we can also arrange invoice billing — contact us for details.
