Riddlio started in a single escape room in Toowoomba, Australia. Like many escape room owners, we were juggling phone bookings, paper calendars, and spreadsheets. We tried generic booking platforms, but they didn't understand escape rooms — they didn't know about room capacity, time slots, or the importance of reducing no-shows.

So we built our own. What started as an internal tool evolved into a full-featured platform that handles every aspect of escape room booking management. We've refined it through years of real-world use, listening to feedback from operators around the world.
